KITE Online Return Policy
At KITE, we want to ensure that you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn: Not used or worn in any way
- Unused: Not tried on or used for any purpose
- In Original Condition: With all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Our Customer Service Team: Reach out to us within the specified timeframe
- Provide Order Information: Share your order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for return
- Get Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number: We’ll provide you with an RMA number
- Package and Ship: Securely package the item(s) with the RMA number clearly written on the outside of the package and ship to the designated address
Return Shipping Costs
You’re responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refund Processing
We’ll process your refund once we receive and inspect the returned item(s). The refund amount may be subject to deductions for shipping and restocking fees, if applicable.
